Champagne, France-This unique Blanc de Noirs from a Clos vineyard of one hectare in Mareuil-Sur-Ay meets strict standards: a single and enclosed plot with complete vinification installation on site. An exceptional wine of great depth and singularity, to be kept for long-term aging.
Not all sparkling wines can be labeled as Champagne. Only sparkling wines produced in the Champagne region of France, using specific methods and grape varieties, can legally bear the name “Champagne.” This designation is protected by law to ensure the quality and origin of the product. Sparkling wines from other regions, even if made in a similar style, must be labeled differently.
